Ritha graduated with a Bachelor of Law from the University of Dar Es Salaam in 2018, she went on to acquire a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.

As a stellar member of the firm, she has since been specialised in the area of Litigation amongst a myriad of other areas she participates in within the firm.
