Justina Boniface Sitayo is a Legal Officer with a strong passion for helping people navigate complex legal issues—especially in the areas of labour law and probate. Over the years, she has gained solid experience in resolving workplace disputes, advising on employment rights, and supporting both employers and employees through compliance and termination processes.

Prior to joining Neptune Law Attorneys, Justina served as a Human Resources Manager in the private sector, where she handled disciplinary processes, compliance with labour regulations, and represented companies at the CMA. She also works closely with families and individuals on matters related to inheritance and estate administration, from drafting petitions to guiding them step-by-step through the probate process.
